This private three-story residential building in Melissia balances form, function and aesthetics with a striking monolithic structure softened by dynamic curved balconies. The design combines a strong, unified presence with fluid organic shapes that bring a sense of movement and approachability. Curved balconies not only enhance the building’s visual appeal but also provide private outdoor spaces that connect residents to their surroundings while ensuring privacy. A natural color palette featuring soft beiges and muted wood tones along with wood cladding ties the building seamlessly to its environment. The interior echoes these materials and hues creating a cohesive warm atmosphere throughout. This project exemplifies contemporary architecture that harmonizes solidity and elegance with nature inspired design.
